Toffee apple line, consisting of: (3x) APV heated mixing tubs, volume: (3x) 230 liter, that pump into a Giusti heated tank. Apples and sticks are placed into trays onto infeed conveyors. (2x) Motoman robots insert the sticks into the apples, then dunk them into the heated toffee and then are placed onto a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt takes the apples through a cooling tunnel. The empty trays pass onto roller conveyors to be used again. Once the apples are cooled they are then passed through (2x) LMC flowpackers, total dimensions: approximately 14500 mm x 7500 mm.
